MELLOW MONDAY EVENING  ZOOM MEDITATION IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME 8.30-9.30pm. This is a wonderful Holistic meditation experience to help you switch off, wind down at the end of a busy day. Great form of self care to keep you calm and in harmony body, mind and soul. Suitable for beginners. Block of 4 classes for £40

A few things to gather up…. your yoga mat, a cushion or block. You can meditate sitting in a chair just make sure you are sitting somewhere safe, incase you fall asleep and fall off! Have a herbal tea or water to drink. You can light a candle or burn some essential oils or incense if you like as well. I also like to meditate with roses, if you have some bring them along. This is your time so make yourself comfortable whatever way suits you best. Preferably wear white, but most importantly wear something comfortable.

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

Paddleboard Yoga Saturday Mornings 11am-1.00pm more dates to be announced. Happy to take out private parties as well.

Come and join me for some Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga in Portballintrae Harbour. These are great to build balance skills and confidence on the board. Suitable for beginners. Stretch, breath, paddle and relax to the sound of the sea.

Saturday 26th July at Ballintoy 7-9pm will be a paddle-board yoga class and prosecco combo so £25 for this lesson.

Paddleboard Yoga lessons are £20 to drop in and bring your own board if you have one or else add on £20 for board hire.

If you need a wet suit add on wetsuit hire £10

Kundalini Yoga Classes Online

It is a wonderful gift to yourself developing a home yoga practice. Joining an online yoga class or one of our location classes can help you keep up, mine has been running since January 2020. I pick different topics to focus classes on covering all areas of health. As well as a great stretch, over the next few weeks we will be working on yoga to heal ourselves, boosting our energy through chakra work, self-worth, self-love, releasing negativity and a whole lot more. How do you do an online yoga course?

You get 3 new short yoga videos a week to do on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays that you can repeat the days in-between. Each video includes breathing, stretching and relaxation. Every week there is also a new guided mediation you can watch it anytime, some people like to watch this before bed to help you destress and switch off. Also tips on how to stay positive, affirmations, gratitude etc. If you have any questions or if you have any injuries please contact Jennifer and she can help you out and give you variations. Only £29.99 a month which includes regular 30 day yoga challenges where you can join the other online yoga members in the group, to keep you motivated with fun holistic prizes.
