Soulful Summer: Yoga On Your Time

This 9-week online program is your summer sanctuary—a gentle space carved out just for you. Running from 30th June to 31st August, Soulful Summer offers flexible, bite-sized wellness you can take anywhere: on holiday, in the garden, during naptime, or after bedtime.

We’re now welcoming new participants for August—and the price has been reduced to reflect the remaining month. It’s not too late to join and create a rhythm that supports you.

Each week, you’ll receive a bundle of beautifully filmed, pre-recorded sessions designed to fit around the unpredictability of summer life:

  • 3 mat-based yoga videos (15 minutes each)

  • 2 chair yoga sessions—ideal for desk days or low-energy moments

  • 1 body rolling practice to ease tension and restore vitality

  • 1 meditation + 1 guided relaxation to ground your nervous system and bring you back to centre

  • Seasonal self-care rituals that help you reconnect with yourself

  • Healthy summer drink ideas to nourish from the inside out

This is not about rigid routines or setting alarms. It’s about soft structure—a rhythm that feels good. You can do a little each day, or save it all for a weekend wellness hour. However it flows, you’ll feel better for having done it.

And because summer can feel isolating, especially when you’re managing kids or busy schedules, there’s also the option to join our free WhatsApp accountability group—a lovely space to share photos, celebrate small wins, and stay inspired by others doing the same.
