Soulful Summer: Yoga On Your Time

An 8-week online yoga & self-care journey for busy women who want to feel good through the summer — without pressure, guilt, or rigid routines.

Running throughout July & August, Soulful Summer is designed to help you stay connected to yourself during the busiest season of the year.

Because while classes often stop for summer… your wellbeing still matters.

Whether you’re juggling kids, holidays, work, travel, or simply trying to keep everyone else organised, this program gives you a simple way to keep yourself feeling grounded, energised, and supported in just 15 minutes a day.

This year we’re also bringing in a beautiful new focus on SOLE + SOUL care 🌞

In summer we spend more time barefoot, in sandals and flip flops — and our feet can end up sore, tight, tired and neglected. So alongside yoga and meditation, we’ll also explore:

  • Foot fitness & mobility
  • Reflexology-inspired self massage
  • Bodyrolling for feet & ankles
  • Foot softening rituals
  • Grounding & barefoot practices
  • Nervous system relaxation through the feet

Because when we care for our feet… we support our whole body, energy, and mood.
