As the evenings draw in and we move towards winter, this is a beautiful time to slow down, turn inward and learn new ways to care for your energy, health and wellbeing.

Join me in Portrush for a special Reiki Attunement Weekend combining Reiki training with yoga, meditation, Bodyrolling, deep relaxation and plenty of nurturing self-care.

Come for one day for £199, or make a retreat of it and join me for the full weekend for £349.

You can arrive on Saturday knowing absolutely nothing about Reiki and spend the weekend learning, practising and experiencing Reiki Levels 1 & 2.

✨ More Than Reiki Training

I wanted to create something that feels different from simply attending a course.

Yes, you will learn Reiki and receive your attunement, manual and certificate — but you’ll also have time to slow down and receive.

We’ll weave your Reiki training together with:

• Kundalini yoga
• Meditation and breathwork
• Bodyrolling
• Deep relaxation
• Hands-on Reiki practice
• Reiki healing
• Nourishing vegetarian/vegan lunch
• Healthy nibbles and hot drinks

Everything is provided for you.

And because we’re right beside the sea in Portrush, why not come early for a walk along West Strand or a sea swim?

You can even stay for dinner afterwards at one of the lovely nearby restaurants and make a real day — or weekend — of it.

🌿 Saturday — Reiki Level 1

Opening the Channel

If you’re completely new to Reiki, this is where your journey begins.

Reiki Level 1 introduces you to working with Reiki for yourself and others and creating a simple practice you can take into everyday life.

You’ll learn how to:

• Work with Reiki for yourself
• Give Reiki to others
• Become more aware of your own energy
• Clear and protect your energy
• Create a Reiki self-care practice
• Incorporate Reiki into everyday life

You’ll receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement and have plenty of opportunity to practise throughout the day.

Already completed Level 1 but haven’t used it for a while? You’re very welcome to come along as a refresher.

🔮 Sunday — Reiki Level 2

Deepening Your Practice

Sunday 8 November | 12–5pm

For those who have completed Reiki Level 1 and are ready to take their practice deeper.

Level 2 introduces you to the Reiki symbols and new ways of working with Reiki for yourself and others.

You’ll explore:

• The Reiki Level 2 symbols and how to use them
• Working with Reiki on yourself and others
• Distance Reiki
• Bringing Reiki into everyday life
• Developing confidence in your Reiki practice

And this time, we’re getting creative too.

You’ll make your own:

✨ Reiki water bottle
✨ Reiki massage/body oil
✨ Reiki room spray

It’s a lovely practical way to become familiar with the symbols and start incorporating Reiki into your everyday routines.

You’ll receive your Reiki Level 2 attunement, manual and certificate and enjoy another afternoon of Reiki, yoga, meditation, Bodyrolling and deep relaxation.

If you’re new to Reiki and would love to immerse yourself in the experience, join me for both days.

Start with Reiki Level 1 on Saturday, return for Level 2 on Sunday and give yourself an entire weekend devoted to learning, relaxation and self-care by the sea.

You’ll leave on Sunday having completed both Reiki Levels 1 & 2, with your attunements, manuals, certificates and practical tools to continue your Reiki journey at home.

🌿 Your 21-Day Reiki Integration

Receiving your attunement is the beginning.

Afterwards, I’ll support you through a 21-day Reiki integration journey to encourage you to actually use what you’ve learned rather than putting your manual away and forgetting about it!

You’ll receive:

• WhatsApp support
• Encouragement to practise
• Guided videos and meditations
• Energy-clearing and protection practices
• Reiki self-treatment routines
• Support as you practise on yourself and others
• Access to me for questions and guidance

The aim is to help Reiki become something you naturally reach for as part of your own self-care.

🌿 A Little About Me

When I first became interested in energy work, I came from a science background and wasn’t entirely sure what I was stepping into.

But over the years, learning to work with movement, breath, meditation, bodywork and energy became an important part of both my personal practice and my work with others.

I’ve spent more than 30 years working in health and wellbeing, and my Reiki teaching brings many of those practices together.

That’s why these days aren’t simply about receiving an attunement.

I want you to have time to learn, experience, practise, relax and enjoy the process — and leave with practical tools you can continue using at home.

Book Saturday’s Reiki Level 1 and simply add Reiki Level 2 to your booking to turn it into the full weekend experience.

Spaces are deliberately kept small so everyone has plenty of individual attention and time to practise.

If the November dates don’t work for you, or you’d simply prefer to learn privately, 1:1 Reiki attunements are also available by arrangement.
