How It Works

Have a go, its just 15 minutes a day and you can watch those videos any time during the day that suits and they are saved so if you miss a day you can come back to it. Easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. Truly Holistic! I post the videos up every Monday morning and send you email links every day to where they are in the private face book group. You get a video on Monday that you repeat on Tuesday, you will get another new one on Wednesday that you repeat on Thursday and another win Friday to repeat on Saturday. I invite everyone to try the videos and post done when finished and add any comments or questions. I try to answer everything ASAP. The better I get to know you through your comments the more variations I can give you if needed.

Sunday is a lovely Chill Out Session. I come on live usually around 9pm and guide you though some mediation and relaxation. I teach self care tips like massage, pressure points for back neck shoulders and face, reflexology etc. Lots of Holistic treats. You can watch this with me or watch on replay.
