How It Works

I post new videos up each week in my private kundalini yoga membership group, here on my website. Once you sign up you have access to these videos in the private members area.

It’s just 15 minutes a day and you can watch those videos any time during the day that suits and you access to them for a week. So if you miss a day you can come back to it. Easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. Truly Holistic! You get a yoga video on Monday that you repeat on Tuesday, a new one on Wednesday that you repeat on Thursday and another on Friday to repeat on Saturday. Each week we work on new themes that cover all areas of health from detox yoga to meditation to help break negative habits. Healthy back yoga videos to yoga practices to improve lung capacity etc.

Every week there is a lovely meditation to try or relaxing music to listen to. There are suggested healthy drinks to try. Chair yoga options as well in case you have an injury or want to do some yoga during the day at the desk.

Videos are prerecorded so you can watch them whenever it suits you best morning or evening. They are updated each Sunday night so you have all week to do them.

Members are welcome to join in on 30 day challenges which run throughout the year and are free for members. They are a great help getting started or if you need some motivation to keep up. You get to meet others in the group and win prizes if you don’t skip a day.

If you have any questions you can contact me anytime. I have a private what’s app group that I use to see how everyone is doing during the 30 day challenges. Here you can chat to other messages and have questions answered as they come up.
