I’m inviting you to join my 8-Week Chakra Balancing Yoga & Meditation Program, where we’ll move through each chakra, restoring balance in your body, mind, and energy.

Tuning in

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo is the mantra we use to start our kundalini yoga practice. We chant this 3 times at the start of our yoga practice. Its is a mantra for protection and guidance and it helps draw us out of our busy worlds to tune in to ourselves.

Healthy Food & Drinks Ideas

“The Green Heart Tonic” – A nourishing smoothie with spinach, apple & mint

This refreshing, nourishing smoothie is packed with Heart Chakra-supporting ingredients to promote love, balance, and vitality.

🥤 Ingredients:

✅ 1 green apple (for cleansing & heart health)
✅ ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple (for sweetness & digestion support)
✅ ½ avocado (for healthy fats & emotional balance)
✅ 1 handful fresh spinach or kale (for iron & energy)
✅ 5-6 fresh mint leaves (for cooling & emotional clarity)
✅ 1 cup coconut water or almond milk (for hydration & heart nourishment)
✅ ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger (for circulation & warmth)

🌀 Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Pour into a glass, sip mindfully, and visualise your heart filling with green, healing energy.
