You’ve made it to the final week of your 40-day Rose Rituals journey — and now it’s time to pause, reflect, and celebrate how far you’ve come. These final practices support spiritual connection, heart opening, and inner radiance. Use this week to tune deeply into your intentions and welcome the powerful energy of the Summer Solstice.

  • Create a Solstice Mini Ceremony with rose water, candlelight, and intention setting
  • Journal on the prompt: “What has bloomed in me over these 40 days?”

Tuning in

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo is the mantra we use to start our kundalini yoga practice. We chant this 3 times at the start of our yoga practice. Its is a mantra for protection and guidance and it helps draw us out of our busy worlds to tune in to ourselves.

Healthy Food & Drinks Ideas

Hot Cacao

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups milk coconut or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or grated ceremonial cacao
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup  
  • Pinch sea salt
  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a small saucepan, combine the milk, cacao powder, honey, and a pinch of salt ( add a pinch of cinnamon or even cayenne, if you want to change it up). Whisk until smooth.
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat, and bring the milk to a simmer, whisking often. Serve warm.
