Working with minimum 15 mins a day and more on days that you have free. Self care is important and this is a process of making yourself important again.

🌹 Daily Rose Ritual

Start each morning with a short Rose Meditation. Gaze at a fresh rose or candle and simply observe it — its shape, colour, scent, and energy. This simple act soothes stress, enhances focus, and opens the heart chakra. Just 2–3 minutes a day can reset your mind and set a calm, beautiful tone for everything that follows.

✨ Summer Glow Rituals

  • Use rose oil for a self-massage ritual, especially the feet and shoulders
  • Add palo santo or sage smudging to your pre-yoga routine to clear mental fog
  • Pair your yoga, meditation or body rolling with a gentle rose spritz on the face or neck

Tuning in

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo is the mantra we use to start our kundalini yoga practice. We chant this 3 times at the start of our yoga practice. Its is a mantra for protection and guidance and it helps draw us out of our busy worlds to tune in to ourselves.

    Chair Yoga for Spinal Freedom
    A seated version of our mat practice to improve posture, increase flexibility, and stimulate spinal energy — all from the chair.

    Chair Yoga

    Chair Yoga Flexibility and the Spine
    Gentle seated movements paired with conscious breathing to release stored tension and bring clarity to the mind. A great midday reset. 

    Meditation

    🌹 Daily Rose Meditation 

    Begin your day with a moment of calm by practicing a short Rose Meditation. Simply gaze at a rose (or a candle if you don’t have one), observing its colour, shape, and scent. This ritual helps soothe stress, sharpen focus, and gently opens the heart. You can do this before your yoga, as a stand-alone practice, or alongside your weekly meditation.

    Facial Yoga

    Relaxing facial techniques using the rose quartz gua sha. Add palo santo or sage smudging to your pre-yoga routine to clear mental fog. Pair your yoga, meditation or facial yoga with a gentle rose spritz on the face or neck.
