WEEK 5 – Take Stress Away
Theme: Stress Relief, Emotional Reset & Deep Self-Nourishment

This week is a chance to exhale fully — to move through stress and tension using breath, movement, and intention. Our practices focus on unwinding the nervous system, opening the neck and shoulders, and developing resilience. We pair these with soothing rose rituals and a calming cacao drink to help you reset emotionally and physically.

🌹 Daily Rose Ritual

Start each morning with a short Rose Meditation.

Gaze softly at a fresh rose or candle and simply observe it — the shape, colour, scent and energy.

This simple daily ritual can:
✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Improve focus
✨ Open the heart chakra
✨ Create a peaceful tone for your day

Just 2–3 minutes can completely shift your energy.

🌿 This Week’s Rose Rituals

  • Take a Rose Bath Ritual with petals, rose oil, and Epsom salts to fully unwind
  • Light a rose or lavender candle during journaling or your evening meditation
  • Add gentle music or sound healing to your rose meditation or yoga nidra practice

Tuning in

    A gentle practice to restore inner balance. Begin with alternate nostril breathing, move through light stretches, and finish with simple balancing poses — all from the chair. Ideal for calming the mind and recharging your energy.

    Begin your day with a moment of calm by practicing a short Rose Meditation. Simply gaze at a rose (or a candle if you don’t have one), observing its colour, shape, and scent. This ritual helps soothe stress, sharpen focus, and gently opens the heart. You can do this before your yoga, as a stand-alone practice, or alongside your weekly meditation.
