Tuning in

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo is the mantra we use to start our kundalini yoga practice. We chant this 3 times at the start of our yoga practice. Its is a mantra for protection and guidance and it helps draw us out of our busy worlds to tune in to ourselves.

    “Heal anything” with long deep breathing. If you feel yourself starting to panic while holding the breath out, relax. Hold the breath out for longer than you thought you could. You are working through your deepest fears and helping your body to regenerate and heal at an accelerated rate.

    Rolling feet, foam rolling tight calves and tapping to release tension
