This is your invitation to pause — to take a day for yourself, in the heart of summer, with the sea at your side.
Set just steps from the Giant’s Causeway, this one-day retreat is designed to help you reset your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply nurturing way.
You’ll experience a rejuvenating blend of Kundalini yoga, guided meditation, bodyrolling, and a deeply relaxing reiki-infused rest session with gentle pressure point massage.
Weather permitting, we’ll also share a breath walk along the coastline and enjoy an optional sea dip or paddleboard session to refresh body and spirit.
Together we’ll gather for a nourishing vegetarian/vegan picnic with healthy drinks and time to simply be — with yourself, with friends, or with the sea.
