Spring Equinox Dawn Sadhana

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Jennifer Greenlees

Spring Equinox 2026
Online via Zoom
5:00–7:00 AM (Amrit Vela)

Thursday 19th March

Welcome the new season with a sacred early morning practice designed to help you reset, realign, and reconnect.

The Spring Equinox is a powerful turning point in the year — a moment of balance between light and dark, winter and spring, rest and renewal. In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, this is a beautiful time to meditate, move, chant, and consciously set the tone for the season ahead.

We will gather during Amrit Vela, the quiet hours before sunrise traditionally recommended for yoga and meditation. At this time of day the mind is calmer, distractions are fewer, and it can feel easier to go inward and receive the full benefit of the practice.

This special 2-hour online Kundalini Yoga and Meditation experience is perfect for anyone who would love a deeper practice than the usual 15-minute daily session. It is a chance to breathe more fully, stretch more deeply, meditate more spaciously, and welcome spring with clarity, calm, and intention.

Whether you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, out of routine, or simply ready for a fresh start, this dawn practice offers a nurturing space to come back to yourself.

What to Expect

During our Spring Equinox Dawn Sadhana we will practice:

  • Tuning in with sacred mantras
  • A protection mantra
  • Japji Sahib – 16th Pauree
  • The core mantras from the Aquarian Morning Sadhana
  • Meditation, breathwork, and deep inner stillness
  • A gentle but powerful early morning reset for body, mind, and spirit

You do not need to know everything by heart. I will guide you through the practice, and the words are included below so you can follow along easily.

  • Water or herbal tea
  • A journal if you would like to note any reflections afterwards
  • A candle if you would like to create a peaceful atmosphere

Wear warm, comfortable clothing and, if possible, set up your space the night before so you can wake up and begin without rushing.

Before the Workshop

To help you enjoy the experience fully, I recommend:

  • Going to bed a little earlier the night before
