I have been practicing kundalini yoga with Jennifer Greenlees Holistics for quite a few years once a week. Just under a year ago she very generously ran a daily 15 minute yoga session the ideology behind it being to encourage us to get into a good habit of practicing our yoga every day. I can honestly say it was a game changer for me and immediately signed up for her daily yoga sessions. If for some reason | miss a day I feel really out of sorts. Yoga has given me a great discipline, my body is. more flexible, less aches and pains not to mention well stretched muscles. All in all a real overall sense of wellbeing. ‘Thank you, Jenny, for your constant encouragement, yoga is a big part of my life now.

Hi, just saying | am really enjoying the yoga! I hope you can keep that format up even after lockdown! It fits so much better into my life than going to a weekly class… I actually manage to do each session - maybe not every day, but at least 3-4 times.


Thanks Jennifer. started last week and missed a few days but caught up and been doing it daily! Totally my saviour and 20 mins of peace in the sanity room lol thank you.
