Simple facial yoga, massage and mindful moments to help you relax, reconnect and glow.
Inspired by traditional Chinese gua sha practices and the modern world of facial yoga, these gentle rituals combine facial massage, mindful breathing and simple self-care. They’re designed to help you soften facial tension, slow down and enjoy a few minutes just for yourself.
A little ritual, a lot of self-care
Warm your rosehip oil between your palms, take a slow breath and give yourself permission to slow down.
💫 A little note
Use light pressure, especially around the eyes. Avoid broken or irritated skin, and be particularly cautious after cosmetic procedures or injectables.

1. The 5-Minute Facial Glow
Hands-only facial yoga and massage
A quick morning or evening ritual to release tension around the jaw, forehead and temples, with gentle sweeping movements and a little mindful breathing.
2. The 11-Minute Gua Sha Glow
A deeper facial massage ritual
Using your rosehip oil and jade gua sha to glide gently across the face, working from the neck and jaw towards the cheeks, brow and forehead.
3. The 5-Minute Jade Roller Reset
A soothing, cooling facial ritual
Perfect for winding down in the evening or refreshing the face in the morning. Gentle rolling movements, relaxed breathing and a moment of calm.
Caring for your jade tools

Wash your tools gently with mild soap and lukewarm water after use, and dry thoroughly.

Avoid dropping them, as natural stone can chip or crack.

Store them safely in your silk bag once completely dry.

If you enjoy working with crystals, you can place them in the light of the full moon as a symbolic cleansing or intention-setting ritual.
