Summer is almost over but there is still time to get together outdoors and enjoy some vitamin sea! Breathe in the fresh sea air and relax to the sound of the waves.
Yoga on the Beach Portballintrae Sunday 17th September 10-11am
Kundalini Yoga on the Beach to stretch, tone and meditate. Bring a yoga mat and towel,  a warm jumper or blanket for relaxation to keep cosy. Don’t forget to bring suncream if needed and water.

Paddleboard Yoga Sunday 17th September 11.30am-1.30pm
Come and join me for some Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga in Portballintrae Harbour. These are great to build balance skills and confidence on the board. Suitable for beginners. Stretch, breath, paddle and relax to the sound of the sea. Paddleboarding offers a new and exciting way to explore our beautiful coastline. Celebrate with a glass of Prosecco. Fun to do with friends and family. What better way to spend the weekend!
Paddleboard Yoga lessons are £20 to drop in and bring your own board if you have one or else add on £20 for board hire.
If you need a wet suit add on wetsuit hire £10
