Looking for a meaningful and fun way to spend your Bank Holiday Monday?
Join me on Monday 26th May at the beautiful Helen’s Bay Beach for a special charity fundraiser in support of Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI – and treat yourself to a morning of movement, sea air and community connection.

🧘♂️ SUP Yoga (yes – yoga on the board!)
Led by yours truly – Jennifer Greenlees – yoga & SUP instructor and coast-of-Ireland paddler. All levels are welcome, from total beginners to seasoned paddlers.
