WEEK 1: Root Chakra – Grounding, Security & Letting Go
Root Revival Smoothie
This smoothie is made with banana, apple, cherries and black currants.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- ½ cup frozen black currants (or blueberries)
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all together or add chai seeds after for a crunchy effect.
Drink your “Root Revival Smoothie Red Chakra Boost” & eat grounding red foods (beets, cherries, apples)
COLOUR THERAPY: RED CHAKRA: Base/Root Chakra energy . strength . courage
Red has historically been associated with courage, fire, beauty, health, passion, sexuality, power, love, and joy. In numerous cultures, red is the colour of happiness. Incorporating red into your wardrobe can suggest confidence, self-awareness, leadership qualities, strong will, determination, ambition, and spontaneity. In certain cultures red is believed to help manifest prosperity and wealth. Adding a red scarf to an outfit is a simple and affordable way to utilise colour therapy on a budget. Or how about painting your nails red.
There are lots of other things that can help you balance your base chakra such as getting out into nature, walking barefoot on grass or sand, crystals, reflexology, reiki, massage, meditation, doing a spring clean in your house or detoxing your body.
WEEK 2: Sacral Chakra – Creativity, Flow & Emotional Balance
🧡 Theme: Passion, joy, and emotional expression
🧡 Colour Therapy: Wear orange, add orange flowers to your space, or paint your nails orange
🥤 Chakra Drink: “The Orange Glow Smoothie” – A refreshing blend of orange, banana, and honey is like sunshine in a glass. It is made with 5 ingredients in 5 minutes and tastes like a healthy liquid creamsicle!
- 1 cup milk whichever type you prefer
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- Honey to sweeten
- 2 oranges peeled
- 1 whole banana frozen
Place the ingredients in the blender and serve immediately!

WEEK 3: Solar Plexus Chakra – Confidence, Strength & Personal Power
💛 Theme: Self-confidence, motivation, and stepping into your power
💛 Colour Therapy: Wear yellow, eat yellow foods, or surround yourself with yellow flowers
🥤 Chakra Drink: “Golden Milk” – A warming blend of turmeric, coconut & honey
Golden milk is a healthy beverage that uses turmeric in combination with ingredients like coconut milk and black pepper. It’s a creamy, warm and healing drink with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits so it’s often used as a natural home remedy for joint pain and other inflammatory conditions such as arthritis.
Ingredients
- • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon and ground ginger
- • 1 1/2 cup Non-dairy milk
- • 1 pinch Peppercorns, ground black
- • a little honey to sweeten
- • 1 tsp Turmeric, powder
Blender method
Heat the milk on the stovetop (you can microwave it if you want) then blending it with the spices and sweetener. This creates a super foamy golden milk latte and it’s so good.
