Imagine an hour just for you—breathing, chanting, and relaxing your way to calm and balance. During my Mellow Monday Evening Zoom Meditation, we dive into a variety of practices to soothe the mind, energize the body, and nourish the soul.
Here’s what to expect:
🌀 Breathwork for Emotional Balance: We start with 11 minutes of intentional breathing styles—whether energizing, detoxing, or calming, each technique brings its own magic.
🎶 Mantra Meditations: Chant or silently recite uplifting mantras in English or the melodic Gurmukhi, accompanied by relaxing music that makes time fly by.
🤲 Mudras & Gratitude: Explore different hand positions to enhance focus, sprinkled with positive affirmations and gratitude exercises to lift your spirit.
💤 Deep Relaxation: End the session with a guided meditation—whether it’s chakra balancing, full-body relaxation, or visualizing positive energy, this is your time to completely let go.
🌟 New Meditations to try Each Week: Even if your mind wanders, you’ll leave feeling more centred, relaxed, and ready for a restful night. Meditation is a gift you give yourself—let’s unwrap it together.
