MELLOW MONDAY EVENINGÂ ZOOM MEDITATION IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME 8.30-9.30pm.
This is a wonderful Holistic meditation experience to help you switch off, wind down at the end of a busy day. Great form of self care to keep you calm and in harmony body, mind and soul. A few things to gather up…. your yoga mat, a cushion or block. You can meditate sitting in a chair just make sure you are sitting somewhere safe, incase you fall asleep and fall off! Have a herbal tea or cup of cacao or water to drink. You can light a candle or burn some essential oils or incense if you like as well. I like to meditate with flowers also particularly roses you are welcome to bring some along too. This is your time so make yourself comfortable whatever way suits you best. Preferably wear whiteÂ
