And suddenly the weeks disappear in sunshine, holidays, late nights and busy days.

Which is exactly why I created this beautiful 8-week journey.

A gentle online yoga & self-care journey designed to help you stay connected to yourself through the summer holidays — without pressure, guilt or rigid routines.

This is yoga that fits around real life.

We’ll be doing:

Everything is designed to be flexible.

Just 15 minutes a day to:

✨ release tension
✨ feel calmer & lighter
✨ support your nervous system
✨ take care of your body
✨ and create a little time that’s just yours

Some people might do a little yoga here and there throughout summer…
Others may challenge themselves to build a lovely daily self-care habit.

Both count. Both matter.

This year we’re also bringing in a gentle SOLE + SOUL theme 👣

Because summer can be hard on our feet with flip flops, bare feet and sandals — so we’ll be exploring:
