Benefits of regular massage… Personally I think massage should be part of your lifestyle rather than a one off pamper session, every 2-4 weeks is ideal. Its good for preventing injury for people who spend long hours at the desk, anyone playing or taking part in sport regularly, its great for stress especially if you are feeling overwhelmed or that you don’t get time for yourself. It makes fantastic self care and should be a regular part of your lifestyle. It’s lovely to get a block of massage, they are cheaper than buying one at a time and lovely to look forward to. There are so many styles to chose from and to try. Also book in ahead of time so you don’t get disappointed if you book last minute. Yoga and Bodyrolling are great to do in-between massages to keep working on releasing the tight muscles and knots.
