Helens Bay is a lovely sheltered little beach close to Belfast, its the perfect place to learn how to Paddle board. You can park in the car park and then its about 100m walk down to the beach. You will usually find me on the grassy verge sorting paddle boards near the ice cream van.

Come and join me for some Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga in Helens Bay. Bring your own paddle board if you have one or else add on £20 for board hire. Learn how to Paddleboard Safely!

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga lessons are £20 to drop in or buy a package of 3 for £45 to use any Monday evening in Helens Bay or Saturday morning in Portballintrae during the summer.
