I’m so glad you joined me for this special day of attunement, healing and self-discovery. Reiki is a gentle but powerful practice, and these videos are here to help you continue integrating what you learned after the retreat.
Please come back to these resources as often as you need. Keep it simple, practise regularly, and trust your experience.

1. Cord Cutting & Smudging for Energy Clearing
Approx. 7 minutes
This short practice will help you clear your energy field, release energetic cords that no longer serve you, and use sage or smudging intentionally to refresh your space and your aura.
In this video you will learn:

This is a beautiful practice to use when you feel drained, overwhelmed, or affected by other people’s energy.
2. Pyramid of Protection, Chakra Balancing & Recharging
Approx. 7 minutes
This short energy protection practice is designed to help you strengthen your aura, balance your chakras and recharge your system.
In this video you will learn:

This is a lovely practice to use in the morning, before meeting others, or anytime you feel scattered.
3. Self-Reiki Practice
Approx. 14 minutes
This guided self-healing practice will support you in using Reiki on yourself with confidence.
In this video you will learn:

How to prepare for self-treatment

Where to place your hands

How to relax and allow Reiki to flow

How to use self-Reiki for grounding, healing and emotional balance
I especially recommend using this regularly during your 21 days after attunement.
How to Use These Resources
You do not need to do everything at once. Start simply.
A gentle routine could be:

Use the protection video in the morning

Use the cord cutting / smudging video when you feel energetically heavy

Use the self-Reiki video daily, especially during the first 21 days after attunement
Even a few minutes of practice each day can make a real difference.
A Gentle Reminder
Reiki is not about doing it perfectly. It is about showing up, listening, and allowing.
Some days you may feel warmth, tingling or emotional release. Other days you may feel very little. All of this is normal. Reiki works whether the experience feels strong or subtle.
Be kind to yourself, drink plenty of water, rest when needed, and trust the process.
