Tuning in

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo is the mantra we use to start our kundalini yoga practice. We chant this 3 times at the start of our yoga practice. Its is a mantra for protection and guidance and it helps draw us out of our busy worlds to tune in to ourselves.

“Summer Glow Smoothie”

Bright, fresh and light – perfect for clarity and skin health.

Ingredients:

  • ½ mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cucumber
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup coconut water or cooled mint tea
  • → Blend until smooth. Enjoy slowly, maybe outdoors!
