Summertime is always busy – juggling kids, work, life in general – it all ends up leaving us with zero energy, unhealthy habits (wine o’clock) and not much me-time. If the idea of inner calm, balance and renewal appeals, you might like to try this  free 30 day yoga challenge.
This is a free month’s trial of my online yoga membership group.
It encourages you to do 15 mins daily yoga and meditation practice alongside daily healthy drinks, smoothies and juices which are great habits to keep going! There are even PRIZES for people checking in every day.
