🕯️ Opening Meditation

We will begin with a sacred ritual, the JAPJI I would recommend printing off the words so you have them in front of you to read. There are various JapJi apps you can download with the words on it or try this https://www.hariomgroup.org/hariombooks_shastra/Japji-Sahib/Japji-Sahib-GRE.pdf

Japji is a universal prayer that brings wisdom, blessings, and peace to anyone who chants it. This beautiful prayer is foundational to Kundalini yoga. You are welcome to listen or join in.
