This is a day of indulgent self care and healing. Meeting at Portballintrae Village Hall Saturday 9th April 11.30am-3.30pm. Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Jennifer Greenlees to stretch out and switch off. Healthy drinks and vegetarian/vegan lunch provided. Ready to float away with a wonderfully relaxing afternoon… healing Sound Bath with Colette Duffy from “Angel Touch Therapies” combined with an Energy Cleanse provided by Reiki Master Jessica Butcher from “Soul Star Healing” to finish! What a treat!!!!
Bring a yoga mat and blanket, maybe a cushion if you need one and a warm jumper for relaxation to keep cosy.
