This four-week Wellness Wednesday Yoga program at Namaste Yoga Belfast is designed to help you strengthen your self-care practice and explore new wellness techniques. Each week, we will introduce a range of experiences aimed at promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.
The program includes:
- Kundalini Yoga: A dynamic form of yoga combining breathwork and movement to activate and balance energy, enhancing clarity and inner peace.
- Meditation: Techniques to promote mental calm and focus, supporting a relaxed mind and reducing stress.
- Bodyrolling: A gentle, guided bodywork practice to release tension and increase flexibility, leaving muscles feeling refreshed and revitalized.
- Healthy Drink Recipes: Each session features a new recipe for nourishing drinks, easy to recreate at home to support your wellness routine.
All equipment is provided, and classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Cost: £48 for the full block of four classes.
