Brilliant….just what I needed for tight muscles this evening after tough tennis match…. Also really enjoyed today’s smoothie…Added some natural yoghurt to fruit selection : ) Healthy and delicious!!!

Hi Jennifer! I'm absolutely loving it thank you! you have such a perfect balance of strengthening and relaxation it’s a part of my evening everyday now once the kids are asleep so thank you!! l didn’t know what kundalini yoga was until now and really enjoying it thank you so much ❤️

I have been practicing kundalini yoga with Jennifer Greenlees Holistics for quite a few years once a week. Just under a year ago she very generously ran a daily 15 minute yoga session the ideology behind it being to encourage us to get into a good habit of practicing our yoga every day. I can honestly say it was a game changer for me and immediately signed up for her daily yoga sessions. If for some reason | miss a day I feel really out of sorts. Yoga has given me a great discipline, my body is. more flexible, less aches and pains not to mention well stretched muscles. All in all a real overall sense of wellbeing. ‘Thank you, Jenny, for your constant encouragement, yoga is a big part of my life now.

Hi, just saying | am really enjoying the yoga! I hope you can keep that format up even after lockdown! It fits so much better into my life than going to a weekly class… I actually manage to do each session - maybe not every day, but at least 3-4 times.

Thanks Jennifer. started last week and missed a few days but caught up and been doing it daily! Totally my saviour and 20 mins of peace in the sanity room lol thank you.

Enjoying it thank you so much! I've wanted to try yoga for ages but busy life working & single mum just have not had the time so this has been ideal for me do it first thing in the morning and it really sets me up for the day.

What We Do

Meet Jenny Greenlees

I started my yoga journey going to class but I really gained all the benefits when I started practicing everyday at home.

All you need is a mat and maybe a blanket and cushion. You don’t need to waste time getting in the car to drive or go anywhere. Just find a quiet corner in your home. Before long, everywhere you go you will be figuring out those quiet spots to get your yoga done. Sometimes I would light a candle and put on some music. It makes a fantastic ‘time out’ from a busy day and wonderful self care. I really look forward to my yoga every day. Mornings suit me best or if I run out of time I would bring my mat to work and fit it in a break. Or a quick stretch or roll before bed always feels like it is clearing away all the stress from my busy day. It doesn’t have to take long and its amazing how good you feel after a short 10-15 minute stretch. I really need to do some every day as I am quite hard on my body doing a lot of massage, or sports like running, paddle boarding, sometimes swimming  and housekeeping of course. I don’t not want to get any injuries!

Healthy eating is a big part of yoga. I have followed vegetarian and vegan diets, fasting and detoxing and love sharing any tips with my students. Its easy to get into the habit of drinking more water and making healthy smoothies and drinks everyday, so I have incorporated this my 5 day challenges.
Nowadays life seems to have gotten even busier as a mum and a wife but 15 minutes everyday is all I need to stay in shape, keep sane and injury free.

I love having yoga at my fingertips! I do more yoga than I would do going to class. I work evenings and weekends and find it really hard to get to classes with homework and dinners to make etc. If I do 15 mins yoga everyday that adds up to 90 mins a week. If I miss a day I can do more on the other days. I am still stretching each week. Once I get going it feels so good I often add my own stretches body rolling  in as well.

If you dont do any stretching this is a fantastic habit to get into to stay feeling young, flexible and free. I really enjoy getting the benefits every day and I can even do it on holidays or in the gym.

I support my online students 100% designing classes to suit their individual needs, checking in with them and even giving out prizes to students to encourage anyone falling behind to keep up. Prizes include massage, one on ones, Kundalini T-shirts etc. Please join me, I would be delighted help you get into the habit of doing some yoga everyday. Before you know it, its a part of your daily life like brushing your teeth. Feels weird when you dont do it!

Come join this challenge and get your yoga journey started too!
