Stand Up Paddle Boarding is very mobile so lessons can be arranged in locations all along the coast. Popular spots are Holywood, Crawfordsburn, Helens Bay, Bangor….

No better reason to learn to Surf and SUP safely!
Jennifer is very passionate about the water and teaches surfing and stand up paddle boarding (SUP) in Holywood and along the North Coast or Ireland. It is great exercise for balance, core strength and fitness it is a fun and different way to explore the coast. She did the longest stand up paddle recorded in Ireland 70 miles from Portballintrae to Bangor to raise money for Marie Curie. Her aim is to promote participation in the sport of surfing and stand up paddle boarding and to build  knowledge and water skills in a fun and safe environment.
